Michael Farrugia (6th dan) traveled all the way from Melbourne to take ukemi during the demonstration by Ulf EVENÅS Shihan (8th dan), for the 14th International Aikido Summit in 2024.
This significant event took place at the renowned National Olympics Memorial Youth Center, a venue steeped in history and dedicated to fostering youth engagement in various disciplines, including martial arts. The summit, which occurred in October, brought together Aikido practitioners from around the globe, providing a unique platform for sharing knowledge, techniques, and philosophies of Aikido.
Ulf Evenås Shihan, known for his deep understanding of Aikido principles and his ability to convey complex techniques with clarity, showcased a series of demonstrations recorded in this video.
